The GRO represents the graduate student population at the Homewood campus. The graduate student newsletter, the weekly happy hour and its award winning new student orientation are a few services provided by the GRO.
HBN shares a special relationship with the GRO which provided seed funding for HBN.
The WSE Office of Academic Affairs serves full-time undergraduate and graduate engineering students. The office assists students in understanding academic process and procedures.

The Whiting School of Engineering has a strong presence in the field of bioengineering. Some of its offerings include Biomolecular Engineering, Biomaterials, Biomechanics and its Biomedical Engineering programs.

The Office of the Dean of Student Life is directly responsible for many of the co-curricular programs on campus. The dean and her staff are accessible advocates for both the individual and group needs of students.

The Alumni Association is a human network that exists to promote the welfare of Johns Hopkins University, broaden and sustain friendships among alumni, and stimulate alumni interest in the University.

The GSA is the major graduate student organization of the School of Medicine (SOM). It acts as a liaison between the graduate students and Johns Hopkins administration, communicating the desires and needs of students to the faculty and administration, and representing institutional ideals and standards to the graduate student body. The GSA consists of all students seeking the degree of Doctor of Philosophy or Master of Arts at SOM.
